We may request additional information to confirm that an order is consistent with our research-use requirements and applicable laws.

Standards

Quality, purity & testing

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Next Level Biocare states that its products undergo independent analytical verification for identity, purity, potency, and impurity profile.

What purity level do you advertise?

Our website currently advertises research compounds with purity above 99%.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is a document summarizing analytical results associated with a particular product.

Are COAs available for your products?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request.

How do I request a COA?

Contact customer support with the product name and, when available, the lot or batch number.

What information may appear on a COA?

Depending on the test performed, a COA may include product identity, lot number, purity results, analytical method, test date, and laboratory information.

What analytical methods may be used?

Methods may include high-performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, or other appropriate analytical techniques depending on the compound.

Does high purity guarantee a particular experimental result?

No. Experimental outcomes depend on numerous variables, including methodology, equipment, environmental conditions, storage, handling, and research design.

Handling

Packaging, storage & laboratory handling

How are peptide products supplied?

Product format and quantity are identified on the individual product page and packaging. Many research peptides are supplied in sealed laboratory vials.

What is lyophilized material?

Lyophilized material has been freeze-dried to remove moisture and improve stability during appropriate storage and transportation.

How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at −20°C (−4°F) or lower, protected from light and moisture.

How should reconstituted peptides be stored?

Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within an appropriate research timeframe.

How long do reconstituted peptides last?

Stability varies by peptide, but many reconstituted peptides are typically stable for up to 28 days when properly stored.

Do peptides degrade over time?

Yes. Exposure to heat, moisture, light, or repeated freeze-thaw cycles can degrade peptides.

Should products be protected from light?

Many laboratory reagents are sensitive to light. Keep products in their original packaging and follow the specific storage information provided for the item.

Should products be protected from moisture?

Yes. Unless the product documentation states otherwise, sealed research materials should be protected from moisture, excessive heat, and repeated temperature changes.

Can you provide reconstitution instructions?

We may provide general laboratory-handling information associated with analytical research, but we do not provide instructions intended for human administration or personal use.

What equipment should be used when handling research peptides?

Appropriate laboratory equipment, personal protective equipment, calibrated measuring instruments, and validated procedures should be selected by the qualified researcher.

What should I do if a vial arrives broken or leaking?

Do not handle damaged material with bare hands. Isolate the package, photograph the damage, retain all packaging, and contact customer support immediately.

Checkout

Ordering & payment

How do I place an order?

Select the desired products, review the product information and restrictions, add the items to your cart, and complete the checkout process.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Can I change an order after it is placed?

Changes may be possible only before the order enters processing. Contact customer support as quickly as possible with your order number.

Cancellation requests may be accepted before fulfillment begins. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may no longer qualify for cancellation.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, security screening, card restrictions, or a decision by the payment provider.

Do you offer discount codes?

Promotional codes may be offered periodically. Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined and must be entered before checkout is completed.

Delivery

Shipping & delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We currently offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $200 or more.

Where do you ship?

Available destinations are shown during checkout. Orders cannot be shipped to locations where the product or transaction is prohibited.

How long does order processing take?

Processing times vary based on order volume, verification requirements, weekends, holidays, and product availability.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery estimates depend on the selected shipping service, destination, carrier conditions, and possible weather or operational delays.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the shipping label is created and the order enters the carrier network.

Why does my tracking number show no movement?

Carriers may take time to scan newly received packages. Tracking may not update until the parcel reaches a regional sorting facility.

What should I do if my package appears lost?

Review the tracking information, check the delivery address and surrounding property, contact the carrier, and then contact our support team if the shipment remains missing.

Support

Returns, problems & customer support

Can research products be returned?

Because research materials may be temperature-sensitive or subject to contamination after delivery, unopened-product returns may be limited.

Can opened products be returned?

Opened, unsealed, reconstituted, altered, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Contact customer support promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, vial label, packing slip, and shipping package.

What should I do if an item is missing?

Retain the package and packing materials and contact support with your order number and a photograph of everything received.
